X1 and London Living Wage

Hi All,

We have a Term Services Short contract that has both X1 and a Z-clause for London living wage, can they be utilised together or are they a contradiction of each other?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please can I check that you are definitely on the Term Service Short Contract? It’s just that X1 and Z clauses are not features of the short contract, they are found in the ‘long’ Term Service Contract.
