I am currently working for a contractor who has a Term Service Contract with their client to provide various ‘minor’ works at their site- such as office fit-outs etc.
We are looking at issuing our subcontractors with a Term Service Subcontract, however, these subcontracts seem very complex, given the nature of works that they are carrying out.
Previously, we have been issuing them with NEC4 ECC Short Subcontracts, however, this meant that they would have one contract for each ‘work pack’ that was issued. This is what we are trying to move away from.
Can anyone advise what the best course of action would be with regards to the above?
