Works information incorrectly states one of the Appendix as NOT USED, further down the appendix has been populated with what’s required.

Bill of Quantities has the item referenced correctly and Contractor has priced in the BoQ for the item.

Is Cl60.7 the correct approach?

Jim, I believe clause 60.7 follows clause 60.6 whereby there is a mistake in the BoQ due to an inconsistency.

If, as you say, the BoQ is correct, then the PM should be instructing a change in the WI in order to resolve the inconsistency; a notification by either the PM or the Contractor should precede (see cl. 17.1).
