can the mom be inferred by the item coding and/or descriptions?

not 100% sure on what the mom is from the item description. would not stating a mom be the employers risk though?

It’s an extreme situation and could possibly be argued that you have signed up to a lump sum because remeasurement is not operable. Have you approached the PM on the matter
