If a during delivery a re-measure is undertaken on an Option B, two questions:
1 - Is that classed as a Compensation Event
1a - I assume it is if based off new information
1b - I assume it isn’t if correcting an ambiguity on original drawings
2 - If it is correcting original measurements, can the time period be reduced - again I assume no as the only way to reduce overall duration (Bring in Key dates/ Completion) is by Acceleration.
