If we want to terminate an NEC4 short PSC does a termination certificate have to be served after notification of termination and is there an example termination certificate?

There is no requirement for a termination certificate with the PSC short form, with notification sufficient to terminate provided the reason is in accordance with the contract.
This contrasts with the ‘full’ PSC form, which does include a termination certificate.
This approach is consistent with the other NEC forms of contract.
