What is the Risk Register?

The Risk Register is a record of the risks listed in the Contract Data and identified by the Parties as early warnings (Clause 16). Risks are also removed if actions taken by the Parties avoid them or if they do not occur. The Risk Register, therefore, is a live document (see Clause 11.2(14)).
