How can I incorporate a risk register within an ECC3 contract? I’ve been told i can’t allocte risks within NEC using the risk register.
Your question does not explain exactly what it is that you are trying to achieve by incorporating the Risk Register?
Contract Data part one and two completed by the Employer and the Contractor respectively allow for each Party to identify matters which they should like to see included in the Risk Register. Remember the Risk Register does not allocate risk in anyway it merely provides an early warning of the risks the Parties should consider at the outset of the contract.
