Can the *Project Manager change the frequency of the programme update in Contract Data Part 1 from 4 weeks to calendar month in alignment with the monthly progress meeting and reporting calendar after the contract has been awarded?

The PM under clause 14.3 can change the Scope or a Key Date. The PM does not have the authority to change the Contract Data. The Parties to the contract can change the Contract Data under clause 12.3
