How is a revised programme submitted, if it is required by the Contract Data?

If the Contract Data calls for a revised programme to be submitted within a period, then the Contract does so.
Within two weeks, the Project Manager informs the Contractor whether he has accepted the revised programme or not. If he accepts the programme then it becomes the Accepted Programme, if he does not then the previous programme remains the Accepted Programme until a new one is accepted.
The Project Manager may reject the programme for the four reasons stated in clause 31.3. The Contractor then resubmits a programme within the period for reply. If it is for any other reasons than those or a reason that is in the contract, the Contractor may notify a compensation event.
If the Project Manager does not respond within the two weeks, the Contractor may notify a compensation event.
