Is the cost of a vehicle i.e. minibus (hire and fuel) used to collect workers and take them to the Working Areas allowable as People 1.13 (n) and (a) or elsewhere, or at all?

The SCC relates to costs incurred within the Working Areas cost component 2 Equipment relates specifically to Equipment used within the Working Areas - the minibus is transporting people to and from the Working Areas.
So if there is no cost component in the SCC for transporting people to and from the Working Areas. Clause 52.1 states that all the Contractors’ costs which are not included in the Defined (main Option C Defined Cost clause 11.2(23) cost of components in the SCC).
Cost component 13 (n) is not relevant as these are for payments to people as part of their employment package.
