Thanks for your answer John. Acknowledged it would be on a cost per employee basis IF its Defined. Looking into this further I am inclined to go down the “insurance” route ergo the insurance table - I have a slight ammendment to the standard NEC which states “Liability for death and or bodily injury or illness sustained by the employees of the Contractor arising out of or in the course of their employment in connection with this contract or Project” as a Contractors responsibility.
What you have quoted is very different from private health insurance. The above is for if the Contractor is liable for an accident on Site and the employee is suing them for damages. OK, part of that claim might include for medical examinations and aid, but it is a very different beast.
