If a parent company owns the Contractor, what should the Contractor provide in the Works Information under Option X4?

If a parent company owns the Contractor, the Contractor provides the Employer with a guarantee by the parent company of the Contractor’s performance in the form set out in the Works Information (see Clause X4.1). This should be provided by the Contract Date.
