Amendment to contract data

I have a situation where I need to amend contract data around insurance. As this is not a change to works information I understand that it can not be changed via a Project Manager instruction. I consider I will have to draft an Addendum to the context. Is there an available template. Thanks

There is no standard template for this. If you are the Project Manager then you don’t have powers under the contract to renegotiate the contract, this has to be done between the Client / Employer and the Contractor. The Parties may also need to involve their lawyers in order to draw up a formal deed of variation to enable compliance with clause 12.3.
