Why might the Project Manager not accept the proposed subcontract conditions?

The Project Manager may not accept the the proposed subcontract conditions if they:

	do not allow the Contractor to Provide the Works or

	do not state that the parties will act in a spirit of mutual trust and co-operation as per Clause 10.1 (see Clause 26.3)
