Where the Contractor is required to design a part of the works, what should the Employer state in the Works Information?

The criteria to which the Employer wishes the design to conform should be stated in the Works Information. This could include: details of the form, geometry and dimensions of the works; specifications; reference to Site Information; and environmental considerations.
