What is Works Information?

The Works Information is defined in Clause 11.1(19). It either: specifies and describes the works or states constraints on how the Contractor is to Provide the Works. The Works Information is contained either: in the documents which the Contract Data states; or in an instruction given in accordance with the contract. The Works Information can be changed by the Project Manager (see Clause 14.3) though such a change is potentially a compensation event under Clause 60.1(1).
