How does the Contractor submit his design?
The Contractor submits his design for the parts of the Works that are specified in the Works Information.
The Works Information should specify how and when the Contractor is required to submit the particulars of his design.
The submission of the design is dependant of the Works Information but generally, the Contractor submits his design in accordance with the Works Information to the Project Manager for acceptance and does not start the works described in the design until he receives notification of its acceptance.
