What is the Fee?

Adding the the following amounts:

	the amount calculated by applying the subcontracted fee percentage to the Defined Cost of subcontracted work and

	the amount calculated by applying the direct fee percentage to the Defined Cost of other work,


equals the Fee (see Clause 11.1(8)). All costs of ther Contractor which are not included in Defined Cost, combined with the Contractor's profit and allowance for risks are included in the Fee. The Fee is used in assessing compensation events and, for Options C, D and F, in assessing amounts due to the Contractor.
