What happens if the Project Manager has instructed the Contractor to stop or not start working, because of a fault of the Contractor, and has not instructed the Contractor to re-start work within thirteen weeks?

If the Project Manager has instructed the Contractor to stop or not start working because of a fault of the Contractor and has not instructed the Contractor to re-start work within thirteen weeks, then the Employer is entitled to terminate the contract (see Clause 91.6 R18).
