What are the Working Areas?

The Working Areas are parts which are: used only for work in the contract; and are necessary for Providing the Works, unless later changed in accordance with the contract (see Clause 11.1(18)). The working areas are proposed by the Contractor in the Contract Data and only become the Working Areas if they comply with this definition. The procedure for extending the Working Areas is set out in Clause 15,
