How does the Contractor change the Working Areas?
The Working Areas are those identified in the Contract Data part 2 and include the site and other areas where the Contractor may be required to provide the works. Only the Contractor can change the Working Areas.
The Contract needs to submit a written proposal to the Project Manager for acceptance.
Within the period of reply, the Project Manager notified his decision to the Contractor in writing.
If the Project Manager did not accept because the change is not necessary to provide the works or because the proposed area will be used for work that is not in the contract or if the Project Manager did not reply within the period of reply, then the Contractor can issue a compensation event under clause 60.1 (6)
