What’s it about?

The aim of this webinar is to provide an overview of the different individuals that may control the works under the JCT D&B contract, including notably the employer’s agent, site manager, contractor’s persons, Principle contractor, Principle designer and the employer.

As the EA has same powers of Employer wouldn’t they automatically have the same right?

Can you temporarily nominate or delegate duties to a colleague under D&B like the Contract Administrator role in in NEC3? In reference to the employer’s agent role. @stevencevans

Is it right to remove a site manager without employers knowledge? I think you dont need an employer approval for replacing a site manager.
