As the EA has same powers of Employer wouldn’t they automatically have the same right?

Can you temporarily nominate or delegate duties to a colleague under D&B like the Contract Administrator role in in NEC3? In reference to the employer’s agent role. @stevencevans

Is it right to remove a site manager without employers knowledge? I think you dont need an employer approval for replacing a site manager.
