I was just wondering what equipment schedule should be used to value CEs and/or Cost Reimbursable Contracts if there isn’t one defined in the Contract?
None, refer to item 27 in the SSoCC which requires them to be valued at competitively tendered or open market rates.
An alternative would be to seek “correction” of the Contract Data by making an agreement between the Employer and Contractor in accordance with clause 12.3.
