Should the Contractor make the Project Manager aware of the proposed conditions of contract for each subcontract?

Yes. Clause 26.3 states that, for each subcontract, the Contractor is to submit the proposed conditions to the Project Manager for approval. However, the Contractor does not have to submit the proposed conditions if: an NEC contract is to be used; or the Project Manager has agreed that no submission is required.
