If Procedure 4 (P4) applies to the termination (i.e. if the Contractor has terminated because of R1-10, R16, R19, R16, R19, R17 or R20) then the Contractor leaves the Working Areas and removes the Equipment (Clause 92.2 P4). Alternatively, if P2 applies, the Employer may instruct the Contractor to leave the Site and remove Equipment, Plant and Materials.
