What is the equivalent of Final account under NEC3 TSC? Can you set for me the key clauses and how it works in practice.

Achille - There isn’t really a direct equivalent because the NEC contracts do not operate in the same way as the JCT on this point. The closest you will get is the payment certificate following Completion but there are various reasons why this may not in fact be the last one. Further, there is not (and is not intended to be) a process the operates like the JCT Final Account/Final Certificate.
That said, I have seen quite a few Z clause provisions that attempt to impose a final account like approach with some form of conclusivity unless challenged. Therefore it is always worth checking the Z-Clauses
