NEC PSC: Under NEC3, does the Employer's Agent have to be a named individual (or can it be a company)?

Under a PSC Contract under NEC3 the client is using X10 to nominate an Employer’s Agent to act fully on their behalf - should this be a named individual or can it be a company. The later is what has been proposed in Contract Data 1, but this seems incorrect?

It’s always best if they are a named individual however it’s not uncommon to see a company being referred to instead. Pay close attention to what authority is conferred on the Employer’s Agent in the Contract Data as you may end up having two masters to please instead of one.
