On what grounds can a Contractor in an ECC contract submit a revision of the Activity Schedule to the Project Manager for acceptance

When the activity schedule no longer reflects how they plan to carry out the works - they can change it and resubmit for acceptance in accordance with clause 54.1.

Only reason for not accepting it will be:

  • it is not in line with programme
  • does not add up to the total of the Prices
  • costs are not evenly distributed
