Landscape Appointment

I’m looking for a set of industry standard conditions suitable for appointment of a landscape consultant to design a substantial commercial scheme.

Essentially, the equivalent of a JCT contract (i.e. with a fair balance of risk between client and consultant).

I’d be grateful if you could suggest such a published standard set of conditions?
