Wondered if anybody can point me in the direction of any good guidance for this supplementary provision? I am particularly interested in understanding part 2.6.

The JCT produces guides for all of its contracts and you can purchase these. I think the drafting is quite easy to follow and would be happy to answer any specific points that you may have. Regards. Mike
