We are waiting for a contractor to submit his foundation and drainage drawings. The contractor has said that he will make an application to Anglia Water, for them to approve an option which the contractor has suggested that will work for the proposed foul drainage connection. What contractor’s drawings i.e. preliminary or construction drawings should we use to incorporate within the contract, for the contract to be executed?
Use as much detail as possible so that the Works are clearly defined.
