Hi. I am completing a JCT Sub-Contract for a design package (DBSub/A 2016). All of the Sub-Contract Works will be “Sub-Contractor’s Designed Works”. In these circumstances should all of the drawings and specifications (i.e. documents defining scope) be within the ‘Contractor’s Requirements’ within the Numbered Documents or should these be listed as separate Numbered Documents?
