If the Project Manager gives an instruction to bring forward planned completion, how would a reduction in prices be dealt with under the ECC?

An instruction to bring foward planned completion would be a compensation event under Clause 60.1(1). If the prices decrease as a result of earlier completion (due to preliminaries etc), then these savings can form part of the Contractor’s claim.
