How does the Contractor submit his programme at tender stage?
When the tender documents include a statement in the Contract Data part two that a programme is required, the tenderer submits the required programme.
Before the execution of the contract, the Project Manager informs the Contractor whether he has accepted the programme or not.
If he accepts the programme, it becomes an Accepted Programme. However there are four reasons why he may not accept the programme detailed in clause 31.3. If the programme has not been accepted for any of those reasons, the Contractor resubmits the programme within the period for reply.
If the Project Manager rejects the programme for any other reason, then the Contractor may notify a compensation event.
