How does the Contractor notify the replacement of an employee?

The Contractor is required to state the name, job, responsibilities, qualifications and experience of each key person whom he employs on the project in the Contract Data Part two.
If the Contractor wants to replace a key person, he has to first submit the details of the proposed replacement to the Project Manager for acceptance.
Within the period of reply, the Project Manager reviews the proposed replacement and notifies the Contractor whether he has accepted the replacement or not. The only reason he may state is that the relevant qualifications and experience of the proposed replacement are not as good as those of the person who is to be replaced. Any other reason is a compensation event under clause 60.1(9) and may have time and financial consequences.
