Clause 13.7 requires that all notifications are communications separately. Does this apply to notifying CE’s eg. where it has become apparent that the provision of kerbing and excavating in rocks are a CE, should the kerbing be notified separately to the excavating in rocks?
Unless they are linked in someway , then the very simple answer is that they should be two separate notifications as they will be progressed as two separate compensation events.
