When does the Contractor become a Partner?

The Contractor becomes a Partner when his contract with Option X12 comes into existence. Other participants, including at least the Employer and the Client (if they are not the same), will already be Partners. Other parties become Partners when their Own Contract (which includes Option X12) comes into existence.
