What to show on impacted programme?

I understand the principles of submitting a programme for acceptance, in terms of the completion date can’t move unless there is an implemented CE, demonstrating a change to planned completion.

However, when submitting a CE with an impacted programme, is there any reason not to include the predicted impact on the completion date in this? I.e show the impact on planned completion as required by the CE clauses but also close the loop by also showing the predicted impact to the completion date?

I’m not sure I understand the question, is it should the quotation state the new Completion Date as well as showing the impact (the delay period).

My suggestion would be to just show the impact (the delay to planned Completion) and let the Project Manager confirm the new Completion Date when implemented.
