What should the Contractor do if he is forecast to miss a target stated in the Incentive Schedule?
He submits his proposals for improving performance to the Project Manager (see Clause X20.3). This ensures that problems preventing a target being met are identified early and are overcome, ensuring that the targets are met wherever possible.
