The excluded matters are amounts payable by the Contractor as stated in the contract for:
•Loss or damage to the Employer’s property
•Delay damages if Option X7 applies
•Low performance damages if Option X17 applies and
•Contractor’s share if Option C or Option D applies (see Clause X18.4).
