What is meant by Others?

Others are people or organisations who are not:

	The Employer

	The Contractor

	The Project Manager

	The Supervisor

	The Adjudicator

	Any employee, Subcontractor or supplier of the Contractor (see Clause 11.2(10))


i.e. those not directly involved in the contract.
