A communication includes: instructions; certificates; submissions; proposals; records; acceptances; notifications; replies; and is in a form which can be read, copied and recorded (see Clause 13.1). This definition includes: a document sent by post; telex; cable; email; facsimile transmission; disk; magnetic tape or other electronic means.
