Use of CECA rates

Hi

I need help with two questions about the use of CECA rates when assessing CEs:

Q1. Must you use CECA rates in the Plant breakdown section of a CE or you can use Suppliers invoices + Contractors uplift ?

Q2. Do you use CECA rates for stand down plant or again you can use Suppliers invoice + uplift ?

Hi

I think it depends on whether CECA rates, and relevant % adjustment, are listed within the equipment rates of the SSCC within Contract Data Part Two. If they are then CECA rates shall be applied, if not then you can agree with the Project Manager whether CECA rates or Suppliers invoices can be used to assess defined cost.
