The Contractor has terminated because the Project Manager has instructed him to stop /not start any substantial work or all work due to a default by the Employer and has not given an instruction to re-start within thirteen weeks (R19). What is the termination procedure?

The Parties follow the procedures outlined in P1 and P4 (Clause 92.1). I.e. the Employer may finish the works and can use any Plant and Materials which he has title to and the Contractor leaves the Working Areas and removes the Equipment.
