A Contractor is submitting invoices for parking costs under the SCC heading of People 13 (a) travel.
Do these parking costs constitute a Defined Cost?
If you are paying for the person who incurred the parking costs under item 11 in the SCC and the travel was a necessary part of Providing the Works then yes, parking costs would be part of item 13(a) travel.
