We have introduced new functionality that allows you to subscribe to a recurring email reminder for the number of outstanding actions you have across your FastDraft contracts.

New Payment Dates Widget
There is a new payment dates widget available for inclusion in the configurable contract dashboard feature. This widget is designed to show you the next payment dates that are due.

Improved JCT Compliance (also applicable to other contract types)

Due dates in the Compensation Events group can now be configured to be calculated from either Notified Date or Awareness Date or Instruction Date.

Payment date calculations differ depending on whether the application was late or on time.

Compensation Events/Claims/Variations can now be configured to be ‘cost only’ or ‘time only’ based on clause/type (with different quote/response timescales applied to each where appropriate).

Where a contract doesn’t require it, a contract template can now be configured to always bypass the Quote process for workflows in the Compensation Events group.
