This release contains new features, several improvements and bug fixes.
* New + Improved
* New Features
-
Bulk import of contract users. This is only available to System Owner and System Administrator.
-
New Global Resource to allow configuration of the term ‘Price’ as the Contract Dashboard currently references price in multiple places. However, in some cases ‘Price’ is not the appropriate terminology (e.g. NEC4 ALC refers to Budget, AS4000 refers to Contract Sum) so this word needs to be configurable. On the same basis, Other Prices label should change to Other Amounts to also make it more generic.
* Improvements
-
A new system generated Action/Reminder has been added for the PM to issue a Task Order when an RFQ quote is accepted (equivalent for Project Orders was delivered in Sprint 120)
-
Users will now be prompted to issue a Task Order when an RFQ quote is replied to with QuoteStatus 3 [Not Accepted - Task Order to follow] in the same way as already happens when an RFQ quote is replied to with QuoteStatus 1 [Accepted]. No such prompt will appear if the quote is rejected with status 5 [Proposed Order will not be issued].
-
Users will now be prompted to issue a Project Order when an ITQ quote is replied to with QuoteStatus 3 [Not Accepted - Project Order to follow] in the same way as already happens when an RFQ quote is replied to with QuoteStatus 1 [Accepted]. No such prompt will appear if the quote is rejected with status 5 [Proposed Order will not be issued].
-
We have decreased wait time for updates to individual users (60 second wait still applies to bulk updates for security reasons)
-
‘Invoice Required’ has been added as a manual action type available for selection in the new Actions Register and when configuring Post Actions.
-
We have updated the APMA status configuration in Master Templates for Task Orders and Project Orders to reflect the fact the corresponding quote may have been accepted [A Task Order/Project Order is always required].
* Bug fixes
We have corrected the following;
-
The Relations tab was showing the same date against all relations (the date has been removed from this screen as a full register of related notices is now available via ‘View Relationship Chain’ or ‘View Asset Relations’)
-
We have fixed an issue where some outstanding actions older than 10 months were throwing an error due to missing “Quoting Party” properties.
-
Template prefix validation implemented in Sprint 120 (designed to prevent duplicate references) was erroneously preventing the same prefix to be configured for all workflows in the EW group (these share a sequence number pool, which already prevents duplication of references within the group)
-
PM Other Assessments were not showing Dates or Amounts field if EffectContractPrice and/or EffectContractCompletion were inactive (setting those fields to inactive should mean all fields are displayed but the user can’t tick/untick the boxes are the correct setting for each dropdown has been predefined in the template)
