Procuring NEC sub-subcontractors

Is there a standard NEC contract for sub-subcontracting works (i.e. sub-subcontracting a substantial section of a subcontract for mechanical and electrical works, including design)?

If not, what is the best method of sub-subcontracting such works in order that the sub-subcontractor is on like-with-like terms as the subcontract upstream and is thereby obliged to follow the equivalent NEC procedures/mechanisms (e.g. modifying the NEC sub-contract to reflect the sub-subcontract or a bespoke form etc)?

NEC Subcontract is best if there is design in the subcontract

NEC short form subcontract for small works packages

Try and keep the same option type also. A, B.etc

Stay away from the assessed when assessed modifications though - that is illegal
