I was wondering if any amendment updates have been published for NEC3 and 4 in relation to the VAT reverse charge amendment, that come into effect from the 01 March 2021?
As NEC contracts are not written for use in a specific jurisdiction (notwithstanding the Y(UK) clauses) it is unlikely that any contract amendments will be published.
